Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the city walls, offering stunning views of the Albornoz Castle. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a spectacular window wall overlooking the castle, and the huge bathroom added a touch of luxury. The service was top-notch, especially the helpful Russian housekeeper and the front desk staff. The location was superb, just outside the city walls, making it convenient to explore all of Spoleto's attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit chaotic with too few tables, and the breakfast options were limited. The facilities were great overall, especially the unique art displays throughout the rooms.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were individually decorated and signed by the designer, which added a unique touch, but the shower room was smaller than expected. The service, particularly from Fabio, the proprietor, was excellent and very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Spoleto with its quirky art pieces, but there were some issues with dining variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with comfy, spacious rooms offering lovely views over the Umbrian countryside. The staff was exceptionally courteous and even went the extra mile by driving me to the train station. The location was superb, within walking distance to the town and its attractions, making it a perfect spot to relax. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of Italian treats, although the breakfast area was a bit chaotic at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they could use some modernization. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and going above and beyond to help me. The location was great with beautiful views of green hills and convenient access to the center of Spoleto. The dining experience was decent, with plenty of food options served by friendly staff. Overall, a good value for money choice.
I found the hotel to be quite disappointing. The rooms were served with all amenities but fell way below what I had paid for. The service, although super friendly and helpful from Fabio, the proprietor through all levels of staff, was only open for breakfast and was made available to the other guests. The location, while good if you are with a car, was only open from 10 am to 6 pm, limiting my flexibility. The dining experience was nice but not inspirational, lacking variety and excitement.
